Catfish Blues is one of those classic songs that virtually every musician of note has made a recording of at one time or another, each adding a personal touch to it. (I described the musical genealogy of this song a while ago; you can check it out here.) One of my personal favorites is this version recorded by John Lee Hooker in 1951.
