My semi-regular blog documenting the fun and excitement of traveling along the Mississippi River.

Let’s Write Another Book!

This winter has been dreary—cold, snowy, lots of time spent on marketing instead of writing—so I decided to get started on the next book to boost my spirits. I’m ready to get moving. I have ambitious plans for this year, with two books to market and plans to research and write two more. The third

Getting the Funk Out

I’ve been in a funk. Work has been slow, and book signings and sales have been sluggish since winter started. River Conferencing

I'm in La Crosse for an hour or so to catch up on some notes before driving another hour to meet up with friends.
