Open only since May of 2012, the Black Dog Bar & Grill is already putting out some good barbecue. The brisket I sampled couldn’t have been much better: tender, juicy, with just enough smokiness. Given how well they handled that brisket, I can hardly wait to try their ribs on the next visit. Another bonus: you have the option of eating locally-raised beef for some of their dishes.
