St. Louis has one of the largest Mardi Gras parades in the US. Before we get to that, though, we dress up our pets in ridiculous outfits and shamelessly show them off.

some of the little fluffy ones are cute (in a sick sort of way!)….but this is just cruel. That poor noble dog looks humiliated!
