Picture of the Day: The Stan Span

We haven't had a new Mississippi River bridge at downtown St. Louis for a while (about 45 years), so it was a big deal when the new crossing had its grand opening last weekend. The official name is the Stan Musial Veteran's Memorial Bridge, yet another catchy name that we can blame on legislative compromise.
